These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the gtr99.win platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gtr99. Please read them in full before using our services.

By registering a gtr99 account, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party.
Each individual may hold only one gtr99 account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. gtr99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
Members must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout their account's lifetime. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
gtr99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (Malaysian IC, passport, utility bills, payment method proof) at any time, including at account opening, before any withdrawal is processed, and during routine compliance reviews. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. gtr99 will handle KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. gtr99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to protect their login information. Members must notify gtr99 support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
gtr99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in MYR except USDT TRC20, which is converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. gtr99 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds by updating these Terms, with changes taking effect upon publication.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to a Member's account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion terms before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-margin table games, certain live dealer games) may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, to bonus wagering requirements.
gtr99 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where gtr99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive means, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party software to exploit bonus mechanics, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, gtr99 may suspend the relevant account(s).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gtr99's total liability to any Member for any cause of action arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gtr99 shall not be liable for: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; losses arising from platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, telecommunications outages, government actions, or cyberattacks beyond gtr99's reasonable control).
The gtr99 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". gtr99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game content.
gtr99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, gtr99 will endeavour to provide additional notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the gtr99 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under gtr99's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the gtr99 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through gtr99's formal complaints procedure, accessible via live support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within 30 days, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism designated under gtr99's gaming licence.
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
